Where it goes, and what happens if something's wrong.
Delivery
Every order costs £2.70 to post within the UK, on top of the price of your pack. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days of being packed in Kirkcaldy, Fife, then sent by UK post. Most orders arrive within a week of being placed, whether you're in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Perth, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, or anywhere else in Scotland, England, Wales or Northern Ireland.
Faulty or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo of what arrived and we'll replace it or refund it, no argument. This is on us, not something you need to pay to return.
Change of mind
Every magnet is printed specifically from the photo you send, so once an order is in production it can't be resold to anyone else. Because of that, custom orders like these are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind return under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as you can, if it hasn't gone to print yet we'll happily sort it.
